Congratulations to the 2020 Nursing and Midwifery Graduates (first-year practitioners). Upon completing the 12-month Graduate program at the North West Hospital and Health Service, many graduates plan to continue their careers, with 13 of the 15 graduates staying on board in the North West . They endeavour to continue providing exceptional healthcare services to our community. 

During the program, the graduates underwent education days, with the option to complete a formal transition program (run by the State), and orientation to rural and remote facilities. The graduates were able to convey their skills during clinical assessments and career succession planning.

Despite the challenges faced in 2020, the graduates have displayed immense professional growth and have exhibited commitment and devotion to their profession, patients, and surrounding communities.
